Welcome to PhotoFlow ("we," "us," or "our"). This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and request a refund for payments made through our platform. We aim to provide a fair and transparent process for all users. By subscribing to PhotoFlow, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Subscription Cancellation
PhotoFlow operates on a subscription model, with a monthly fee (e.g., ₹500/month). You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your PhotoFlow account.
- Navigate to the "Account Settings" or "Subscription" section.
- Select the "Cancel Subscription" option and confirm your cancellation.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and your access to PhotoFlow will cease at the end of the current cycle. To avoid losing access to your data (e.g., uploaded photos), please download or export your content before the billing cycle ends.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 Days of Subscription: If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial payment and have not uploaded any photos or shared albums, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Service Issues: If PhotoFlow is unavailable or fails to provide the core functionality (e.g., photo uploads, album sharing) for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
- Legal Requirements: Refunds will be issued if required by applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India).
Refunds are not available if:
- You have used PhotoFlow extensively (e.g., uploaded photos, shared albums) during the billing cycle.
- The subscription has been active for more than 7 days.
- The issue is due to your failure to meet system requirements or user error.
3. Refund Process
All payments for PhotoFlow are processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. To request a refund:
- Contact us at support@photoflow.com with your account details and refund request reason.
- We will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed through Razorpay within 5–7 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription (e.g., credit card, UPI). We are not responsible for delays caused by Razorpay or your financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Any additional fees, such as transaction fees charged by Razorpay, are non-refundable. These fees are typically deducted at the time of payment and are not within our control. Please review Razorpay’s terms for more details on their fee structure.
5. Cancellation by PhotoFlow
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if you violate our Terms of Service (e.g., uploading illegal content, non-payment of fees). In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund, and your access to PhotoFlow will be terminated immediately. If your account is terminated due to non-payment, you may settle any outstanding dues to regain access.
6. Data Retention After Cancellation
Upon cancellation of your subscription, we will retain your data (e.g., uploaded photos, client selections) for a period of 30 days to allow you to export or download your content. After this period, your data may be deleted from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for any loss of data after this retention period.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of PhotoFlow after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
